Is the $100 price for all size homes?

Yes, all size homes are charged $100. There are no surprise charges, and you pay after the gutter cleaning is completed.

How long will it take to clean out the gutters and downspouts?

Most gutters and downspouts take about 30 minutes to clean when they are regularly maintained.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept credit and debit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, check, and cash.

Will I still be charged if I cancel my appointment?

No, you will not be charged if you cancel your appointment.

Do you offer any discounts?

No, I do not offer any discounts.

I don’t see any available appointments. Is it still possible to get my gutters cleaned?

Yes. Ask to be added to the waitlist, and you will be notified within 24 hours if there is availability.

Will I need to be home during the gutter cleaning?

No. I will notify you when the work is finished and will send photos of the completed work, plus a text and email payment link.

Will you need to use my water source to clean?

Yes. I use your water source to flush the gutters and downspouts with my tools.

How many times a year should I clean out my gutters?

At least once a year. Twice per year is best, and if you have many trees around your property you may need cleaning four to six times a year.

I'm not sure if my gutters need to be cleaned out. Should I still book an appointment?

Yes, you should still book an appointment, and you will not be charged if, after the inspection, it is determined there is nothing to clean out.

Will you need to get on the roof to clean out the gutters?

No. I use poles that reach up to 40 feet and hoses that reach up to 100 feet, so I can clean safely from the ground or a ladder. If roof access is required, I will not clean the gutters and will recommend a qualified company that has experience walking on roofs.

I have gutter covers/guards. Do my gutters still need to be cleaned?

Yes, while gutter covers/guards help reduce the amount of debris that gets into your gutters, it is still important to check your gutters and clean debris off the top of the gutter covers/guards.

Do you charge more to remove gutter covers/guards?

I will not remove any gutter covers or guards to clean your gutters. I will only clean debris off the top of the gutter covers. If you need gutter covers or guards removed, I recommend calling a gutter installation company to both remove and possibly change the gutter covers and clean the gutters for the best results.

Do you install gutter covers/guards?

No, I do not install gutter covers/guards.

Do you recommend gutter covers/guards?

Gutter guards can help reduce debris, but they do not eliminate the need for regular cleaning. While they help reduce the frequency of cleanings, they do not completely remove the need to clean your gutters.

Are you able to clean out super gutters above the pool?

Yes. I have tools that can clean super gutters from the ground or a ladder. If roof access is required, I will not clean the gutters and will recommend a qualified company that has experience walking on roofs.

Will you provide photos when you finish cleaning?

Yes. I will send photos and videos after I finish cleaning.

Will you leave a mess after cleaning out the gutters?

No. I am careful to ensure debris from the cleanout is not left all over your property.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, I have general liability insurance.

Are you licensed?

Gutter cleaning does not require a license, but I have a business tax receipt with a maintenance service classification in Collier and Lee County, Florida.

1. Services

Gutter Cleanouts LLC provides professional services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

2. User Responsibilities

The Client agrees to ensure that the Service Provider has clear and safe access to the work area (gutters and downspouts) at the scheduled time. This includes securing pets and clearing items from the immediate work area.

3. Payment and Billing

Payment terms will be agreed upon before services are rendered. All fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

4. Limitation of Liability

Gutter Cleanouts LLC will take reasonable care to perform the Services without causing damage to the Client's property. The Service Provider is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the gutters, roof, or fascia, or for damage caused by unforeseeable or hidden structural defects.
