Yes all size homes are charged $100. There will be no surprise charges on your bill. You will pay after the gutter cleaning is completed.
How long will it take to clean out the gutters and downspouts? +
Most gutters and downspouts take only 30 minutes to clean out if they are regularly maintained.
What forms of payment do you accept? +
I accept credit and debit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, check, and cash.
I don't see any available appointments, is it still possible to get my gutters cleaned? +
Yes you can ask to be added to the waitlist and you will be notified within 24 hours if there is any availability.
Will I need to be home during the gutter cleaning? +
No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. I will notify you when the work is finished and will send you photos of completed work and text and email you a payment link to make a payment.
Will you need to use my water source to clean? +
Yes I will use your water source to flush the gutters and downspouts with my tools.
How many times a year should I clean out my gutters? +
Gutters should be cleaned out at least once a year. It is best to clean out gutters twice per year and if there are many trees surrounding your property you may need to clean out your gutters four or even six times a year.
I'm not sure if my gutters need to be cleaned out. Should I still book an appointment? +
Yes you should still book an appointment and you will not be charged if after the inspection it is determined there is nothing to clean out.
Will you need to get on the roof to clean out the gutters? +
No, I will not need to get on the roof to clean out your gutters. I have poles that can reach up to 40 feet and hoses that can reach up to 100 feet to clean out gutters and downspouts safely from the ground or a ladder. If it is determined that roof access will be needed to get your gutters cleaned I will not clean your gutters and I will recommend another qualified gutter cleaning company that has experience with walking on roofs.
Are you able to clean out super gutters above the pool? +
Yes I have tools that can clean super gutters from the ground or a ladder without requiring me to get on your roof. If it is determined that roof access will be needed to get your super gutters cleaned I will not clean your gutters and I will recommend another qualified gutter cleaning company that has experience walking on roofs.
Will you provide photos when you finish cleaning? +
Yes I will send you photos and videos after I finish cleaning.
Will you leave a mess after cleaning out the gutters? +
I will be careful to make sure the debris from cleaning out your gutters is not all over your property and will collect it in either buckets or trash bags.
I have gutter covers/guards. Do my gutters still need to be cleaned? +
Yes while gutter covers/guards help reduce the amount of debris that gets into your gutters it is still important to check your gutters and clean debris off the top of the gutter covers/guards.
Do you charge more to remove gutter covers/guards? +
I will not remove any gutter covers or guards to clean your gutters. I will only clean debris off the top of the gutter covers. If you need gutter covers or guards removed I recommend calling a gutter installation company to both remove and possibly change the gutter covers and clean the gutters for the best results.
Do you install gutter covers/guards? +
No I do not install gutter covers/guards.
Do you recommend gutter covers/guards? +
Gutter guards can help reduce debris but they don't eliminate the need for regular cleaning. While they help reduce the frequency of cleanings, they do not completely remove the need to clean your gutters.
Do you have insurance? +
Yes I have general liability insurance.
Are you licensed? +
Gutter cleaning does not require a license but I have a business tax receipt with a maintenance service classification in Collier and Lee County Florida.
Will I still be charged if I cancel my appointment? +
